About Me

Welcome to Omnipresence Consulting

Where Elite Science Meets Global Experience

I was born in Germany and raised in Ghana and Tanzania. I have lived, researched, and practiced in seven countries across four continents. I developed an early understanding of cultural nuance, adaptability, and performance under changing conditions. That perspective continues to shape how I work today.

As a PhD-qualified Sport Psychologist and ICF-accredited coach, I’ve spent over 15 years in the “pressure cookers” of elite performance from the demands of Olympic diving in Malaysia to the raw endurance of Everest summits and the high-stakes world of professional football (soccer) in Ghana.

International Sport Psychologist

The Science of the "Second Battle"

My academic career has been dedicated to one question: How do diverse populations regulate emotion to achieve peak performance? My PhD research focused on Emotional Intelligence in Diverse Populations. This isn’t just theory for me; it’s the blueprint I use to help athletes and executives navigate the “Second Battle” the psychological strain of cross-border transitions. I have published internationally on cultural sport psychology and emotional intelligence because I believe that performance is never just about talent; it is about how you manage your mind within your environment.

A Career Built on High Stakes

I have been the “psychological eyes” behind some of the world’s most intense achievements:

  • Olympic & World Stage: Part of the National Institute of Sports’ Podium Programme in Malaysia, supporting athletes to Olympic and World Championship medals.
  • Extreme Endurance: Coaching clients through the “7 Marathons on 7 Continents” challenge and successful Mount Everest summits.
  • Global Leadership: Consulting with professional football (soccer) teams and Leaders to maintain composure and confidence.

Experience

2019-current founded Omnipresence Consulting to help athletes, coaches and expats across the globe.

From 2016 to 2018 I worked in Malaysia at the National Institute of Sports. The athletes I worked with won a Bronze medal in the Rio Olympics, a gold medal at the World Championships (Diving individual 10m platform, Women’s team event bowling), World Cup Diving, the first time Malaysia won a medal for an individual event (bronze), first time to win gold at the world series in 10m synchro. Two-time PWBA winners (first time for Malaysia). Gold, Silver and Bronze at Asian Games, Commonwealth Games and Southeast Asian Games.

2012 – 2015  based in the UAE and worked in Dubai at 2 Sports Clinics.

Prior to starting my Ph.D. and during my Ph.D. I worked with a Soccer team in Ghana (2005 – 2009). I’ve also worked with wheelchair basketball teams in the USA and the UK, as well as a sledge hockey team in the USA.

My Approach: Omnipresence Consulting

Based in Germany, I now run Omnipresence Consulting. I provide athletes and expats with the practical, evidence-based tools they need to achieve “Omnipresence” the ability to be fully present, regulated, and dominant in their performance, regardless of what country they are in.

I don’t offer surface-level motivation. I provide Psychological Stabilization. Whether you are a developmental athlete or an elite executive, my work is about one thing: ensuring your performance remains consistent when your world is changing.

Philosophy

I don’t believe in pushing harder at all costs. I believe in:

  • Sustainable excellence
  • Emotional regulation, not suppression
  • Focus over force
  • Confidence built on clarity, not ego

Performance should feel grounded and intentional, not constantly exhausting.
