My Approach

Performance that feels grounded, not exhausting

I don’t believe in pushing harder at all costs. The athletes and executives I work with are already pushing hard. What they need is not more effort, it is the right conditions under which their effort actually lands.

My approach is a collaborative partnership designed to help you achieve your performance goals. Together, we define specific performance needs and objectives and then develop a tailored, science-based training plan to deliver the desired results. I combine sports psychology techniques with mindfulness-based practices to ensure peak performance.

Performance Identity Coaching

Who Is this For

Built for people who perform at the highest level

The four words every relocated high performer uses

Frustrated

You know what you're capable of. You've proven it. But in this new context, it's not showing up, and you can't figure out why the harder you try, the more elusive it feels.

Confused

Your skills haven't changed. Your work ethic hasn't changed. But somehow your performance has, and none of the usual advice ("be more confident", "just adapt") is landing.

Lost

The social cues, the cultural context, the environment that used to confirm your capability, it's all gone. And without those anchors, your brain is working against you.

Questioning

You're asking things you've never asked before. Am I actually good at this? Was it always the environment, not me? The doubt isn't weakness, it's the predictable result of identity displacement.

This is not a mindset problem. It is not imposter syndrome. It is identity displacement , the predictable, neurological consequence of being removed from the environmental cues your brain uses to confirm you are capable. It is fixable.

The Performance Identity Reset Framework

Three phases. Ninety days.

Built around the principle that identity and performance are the same system, and that relocation disrupts both simultaneously by removing the environmental cues the brain uses to confirm competence. This is not generic confidence coaching. You're not building something new. You're reconstructing the conditions under which you already know how to perform.
